Ingredients; wrapped ekwang ( cocoyams, cocoyam leaves), dry fish, smoked meat, crayfish, onion, palm oil, ground country onion, black pepper, ‘four corner, garlic, ginger. Salt , pepper, Maggi crevette.
Ingrédients: ekwang emballé (cocoyam, feuilles de cocoyam), poisson sec, viande fumée, écrevisses, oignon, huile de palme, oignon de pays moulu, poivre noir, ‘quatre coins’, ail, gingembre. Sel, poivre, crevette Maggi.
